In conjunction with Veterans Affairs Council's policies, and to practice the government's commitment of looking after our veterans left in northern Thailand in 1949 and their descendants today, TVGH sent medical teams to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai to design prostheses and hold free clinics there. The goal was to deliver care of the government and the Taiwanese public to the people there.
