In July 2018, TVGH and the largest comprehensive higher education and research institute – the Vietnam National University-Hanoi University of Science in capital city Hanoi, signed an MOU, as represented by TVGH superintendent Chang Te-ming (張德明) and principal Nguyen Van Noi of the university. The TVGH delegation visited a medical technology building during the trip. The two parties plan to enhance academic and medical-culture exchange through medical research and information technology, thereby bringing more welfare to patients while benefitting the people of the two countries.
