In July 2018, TVGH and Hanoi Medical University, (HMU) and Hanoi University of Pharmacy (HUP) signed MOUs as represented by TVGH superintendent Chang Te-ming (張德明), HMU vice principal Nguyen Huu Tu, and HUP principal Nguyen Thanh Binh. The Vietnamese counterparts visited our Center for Traditional Medicine, Dept. of Oncology, and Medical Science & Technology Building. In the future, the three institutions will carry out more academic and medical-culture exchange through educational, research, and clinical events.
