In April 2018, in accordance with the central government's New Southbound Policy, TVGH signed an MOU with National Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Hanoi, Vietnam which specializes in infectious diseases, as represented by our superintendent Chang Te-ming (張德明) and NHTD superintendent – Prof. Nguyen Van Kinh (MD & PhD). This marked the start of bilateral cooperation on liver disease prevention and control, as well as related studies.
