Encouraged by Taiwan's New Southbound Policy, in September 2017, superintendent of Bach Mai Hospital in Vietnam, associate professor Nguyen Quoc Anh, visited TVGH. Our superintendent Chang Te-ming (張德明) personally welcomed prof. Nguyen Quoc Anh and the hospital's delegates. Other than watching a short film on TVGH, the guests and TVGH staffers discussed cooperation plans. They also visited TVGH's medical divisions and departments, such as the anesthesia division, surgery rooms, the oncology dept., and the cardiology dept.
